How We Got Here
Sonic Systems started the way a lot of good things start — small, local, and with a simple idea. In 2005, we opened a computer shop in Apple Valley. The work was hands-on: cleaning viruses off family PCs, building custom gaming rigs, replacing hard drives, and helping neighbors get their machines running again. There was no master plan to become a managed service provider. There was just a commitment to doing good work and treating every person who walked through the door like they mattered.
Over time, businesses started calling. First it was the shop owner down the street who needed help with a printer. Then it was a small office that needed their network set up. Then it was a company with twenty employees that needed someone — anyone — who would actually answer the phone when something went wrong. We answered. We kept answering.
